1. This Isn’t Fast Fashion. It’s Personal.

We don’t do bulk. We do soul. That saree your grandmother wore at her wedding? We’ll turn it into a breezy cape you’ll wear to brunch. That faded kurta from college? Let’s stitch it into a jacket that still carries your wild years. Every piece we make is stitched slowly, with intention, not algorithms.

2. Consultation (Think of It as the First Coffee Date)

Want to co-create something? We start with a paid consultation for ₹5000. You can meet us in person or chat online. It’s not just about buttons and borders. We talk about the feeling, the fabric’s story, and your style dreams. If you place an order, this fee becomes part of your final bill. If not, you still had a creative jam session. Quotes follow the conversation and stay valid for 30 days. After that, we may need to tweak the numbers since fabric prices and ideas don’t like staying still.

3. Money Talk Without the Fluff

To bring your piece to life, we ask for a 50 percent deposit. This is non-refundable because once the scissors start snipping, there’s no turning back. The rest is due before delivery or pick-up. We accept GPay, PhonePe, and bank transfers.

4. Fittings, Toiles, and Measurements That Matter

Chennai clients, come in for a fitting. If you’re far away, we guide you virtually or send you a toile, a mock-up to test fit. Be honest with measurements though. If it’s too tight because someone guessed their waist size, there might be extra charges.

5. Timelines and Twists

Expect about 10 to 15 working days. But if your dream outfit has ten kalis, gold piping, and a little drama, it may take more time. We’ll keep you posted at every step.

6. Upcycling Isn’t Just Trendy. It’s Sacred.

Bring clean, sturdy clothes that still have a story to tell. Once we assess their strength, we decide on a design. If the fabric is too fragile, we’ll be honest and suggest alternatives.
