Return and Refund Policy
At Miniki, every piece we create is like a handwritten letter (personal, thoughtful, and one of a kind). Since we’re working with memories, old fabrics, and custom dreams, things don’t go back on the shelf once they’re made. So, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1) We Don’t Do Returns
Why? Because nothing we make is mass-produced. Let’s say you send us your grandma’s old saree and ask us to turn it into a reversible jacket. That jacket is made just for you. Your story, your fabric, your style. It can’t be returned like a factory-made T-shirt.
Even when we source the fabric for you, the process still involves handwork, design approvals, and tailor-made fits. It’s a bit like asking an artist to repaint a canvas they’ve already finished. It just doesn’t work that way.
2) Tailored with Love, Not for Return
Every piece is crafted with care, time, and a sprinkle of creative magic. Once we begin working on your outfit, we don’t offer refunds. That’s simply because we pour hours of handwork into every cut, stitch, and idea.
Even if:
You change your mind after saying yes
The style feels different from what you imagined (after approval)
Something goes wrong after it reaches you (like a stain or tear)
The deposit has been paid (Deposit is non-refundable once paid)
You cancel the order midway (No refunds for cancellations after deposit)
We won’t be able to offer a refund or return.
What we can promise is full transparency before we begin. We’ll talk to you, understand what you want, suggest what’s possible, and keep you involved in the design journey. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting. No surprises, only stories woven in style.
3) Let’s Keep It Real
Fashion is a feeling. And when we work on something close to your heart, we treat it with care as if it were our own. We ask for your inputs before starting, share mock-ups or sketches if needed, and keep you in the loop. That way, you’re never left guessing.
So, before placing an order, think it through. Ask us all the questions. Send us references. Share your doubts. We’re always here to talk, sketch, tweak, and dream with you.
The consultation fee is non-refundable if you don’t place an order after the session.
Because once the thread starts running, we don’t hit undo. We stitch it to last.
