What’s the procedure to style an outfit with meenakshi?
Schedule an Appointment with the stylist/team, where in you’ll receive a confirmation call & message from the studio. After confirmation, you can visit the store in person on the scheduled date and time where you’ll be given design suggestion, fabric swatches based on your requirement.. Once you confirm the style option, we’ll take your body measurements. The order is then confirmed upon your 60% advance payment. We shall inform you the trial date, you can walk-in as per schedule to try out half stitched garment. After trial, the measurements and style are altered as per real time requisites. Once the outfit is 100% ready, we shall inform you the delivery date.

What’s the minimum duration required to stitch a bespoke outfit?
Usually, it takes a minimum of 10 working days to stitch a bespoke outfit.

Do I need to visit physically to place an order?
No need, we have virtual consultations, You can book an appointment for virtual consults here. we also do measurements over video call too.

Is there a fee for virtual consultations?
Yes, a fee of Rs.5000/- INR we charge for virtual consults which will be adjusted on your purchase bill.

Is there any quick reference for your past works?
We have few in website also we can personally share references of our previous works too.

Is there any option for delivery other than coming in person to collect?
Yes, we can send your order by courier/Swiggy.

If not coming in person how do we go about alterations if any?
If in chennai we would request you come in person if not we can check fittings over video call and the dress has to be sent back/brought back in 3-5 working days in case of alterations.
