1. Domestic Shipping

For clients within India, we offer two options: Within Chennai: We provide same-day delivery through trusted services like Porter, Rapido, or Uber. Payment for the ride can be made directly to the delivery partner upon arrival. Rest of India: Parcels are shipped via reliable courier partners such as DTDC. Tracking details will be shared once the item is dispatched.

2. International Shipping

We ship to clients across the globe using carriers like DHL, UPS, or DTDC International. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

For same-day services (Porter, Rapido, Uber), the client pays the delivery partner directly. For courier services (both domestic and international), shipping is prepaid and will be added to your final bill.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Minikki has no control over these charges and is not liable for delays caused by customs checks in your country.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue. Do retain all original packaging (it may be required for claims)

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
